Our Team

The Blue Parrot Cafe team is a group of passionate and dedicated individuals who strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Our current managing partner, George Joanos, grew up in the restaurant industry in Tallahassee and has been with the Blue Parrot Cafe since 2006. George, along with his best friend and co-owner, Steve Rash, work tirelessly to ensure that the seafood served at the restaurant is hand-picked, fresh, and of the highest quality. Many of our team members have been with the Blue Parrot Cafe for over a decade, demonstrating their commitment to the restaurant and the community.
