Our Services

FairLife Healthcare, LLC is a Licensed Residential Services Agency that provides a variety of services to residents in Maryland. We offer customized care solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client. Our services include:

• Overnight Care: We provide live-in or live-out care to ensure that our clients receive the care they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
• Alzheimer's and Dementia Care: Our caregivers are trained to provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• Respite Care: We offer temporary or long-term care to give family caregivers a break and restore their own well-being.
• Live-in/Live-out Hourly Care: We provide flexible care solutions that cater to our clients' changing needs.

Our Caregivers

Our caregivers are well-screened, well-trained, and equipped with the knowledge to provide quality care. They are dedicated to enriching our clients' day with creative activities, companionship, and quality care. Our caregivers go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are comfortable, safe, and happy in their own homes.

Our Certified Nursing Assistance

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide care services and assist clients to:

• Help patients with daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and friendliness while assisting with daily tasks

Our Certified Medication Aides

Our Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) or MedTechs have hands-on experience in assisting clients with their medications based on their daily schedule.

Our Nursing Visits

Our highly experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) make adequate time for patients to listen to their concerns and complaints. Our RNs perform periodical Quality Assessments (QA) and are available 24 hours a day. Our RNs have Fall Prevention and Management Certification to help clients reduce the risk of falls.
