About Scott Buschman

Scott Buschman was born and raised in San Francisco. As a teenager, Scott learned to develop film and print photos in his family's darkroom. After graduating from San Francisco State University, he worked as a photojournalist in the Bay Area for 15 years before starting his own portrait and event photography business. Over the past 20 years, Scott's clients have ranged from biotech companies and banks to non-profits and real estate offices. He also does photography for city and county government officials, as well as local police departments and the Superior Court Judges of San Mateo County.

Scott's work appears in books, magazines, and websites, as well as on the walls of local City Halls and the San Mateo County Courthouse. Subjects have included sports legends Joe Montana and Willie Mays, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, and actors Robin Williams, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Lou Diamond Philips.

Scott's mission is to provide the best customer service possible. He works within your time constraints and budget to deliver the best photo possible on every project. He will turn jobs around quickly to meet your deadlines. "I'll go out of my way to capture important moments in ways that are interesting, creative, and affordable, " says Scott.
