Who we are

Our experienced and dedicated teachers draw from diverse backgrounds in Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga to offer diverse and fulfilling classes. Led by founder Carolyn Dumeyer, known for her nurturing approach and deep understanding of anatomy, our teachers cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can find their unique potential.
