Flegal, who founded the certified public accounting practice in Oakland, California. Over the years, we have evolved and grown, relocating to Fremont in 1954 and expanding our services to clients throughout the western United States. Today, we are proud to be one of the top 25 accounting firms in the East Bay, serving a diverse range of businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations.
