Fading to Perfection
Some clients at the Rain Tree Salon have had remarkable experiences with their hair. Desiree Routhier left her color correction appointment initially unhappy with the results but was thrilled to discover that the color had faded to her natural light strawberry blonde color after two months. Erica Burnett, Rose, Isabella Mezei, LoLo C., and Mary Pisney all raved about their stylists, Amber, and the excellent service they received. The salon's professionalism, friendly atmosphere, and skilled stylists have resulted in happy and loyal customers.
Disappointing Experiences
However, some clients have had less-than-satisfactory experiences at the salon. Linda Manivong was unhappy with her balayage service, which she felt was botched, and her stylist's poor customer service skills. Leigh-Ann Knapp had a disastrous second experience at the salon, where her stylist destroyed her hair, and the owner's attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. Marcia asked for highlights and lowlights but received a mixed color job that left her with many shades and gray visible.
