Our Team

Our team is led by our founder, Gerald Patrick Noe, who graduated with his architectural degree from the University of Kentucky. Fueled by his passion for architecture and a commitment to customer service, he developed a sustainable business model that has served his clients well for over 40 years.

Our team of designers are highly qualified, dedicated, and driven individuals who offer their experience and skills into each project. We are committed to providing clients with service that is second to none, and we go above and beyond to ensure that your experience with GPN is a delight.

Services Offered

We offer a variety of services including franchise architecture, design/build, restaurants, mixed-use, office, industrial, and religious design/build. Our methodology is built on communication, teamwork, and hands-on involvement, and we are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

We have completed over 312 franchise projects since 2012, and our work speaks for itself. We design to meet the clients' needs and budget and pay close attention to detail while still remaining flexible. Our goal is satisfaction, and our aim is quality.

Our Portfolio

Our portfolio showcases our wide range of projects, from restaurants to mixed-use buildings. We have worked with major national clients like Firehouse Subs, and our projects in the office, industrial, and religious category vary from large industrial additions to fellowship halls and sanctuaries.

Design/Build Methodology

Our design/build methodology is broken down into several steps. First, we have an onboarding process that includes introductory calls, proposals, due diligence, and site assessments. Next, we begin to create construction drawings with input from brand and franchise teams, which will include architectural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design.

We then send the drawings to be reviewed by all branding, landlord, and franchise teams. We make any corrections and prep the drawings for permit submittal. When final drawings are approved, it's time to begin the permit process with local agencies. Your General Contractor can take care of this, or GPN can work with you to get these permits.
