Meet Our Team

John Higley, Jr., the owner of the company, has been in the industry since 1972. He took over the company in 2008 and prioritizes customer service above all else. John's passion for his work is evident in his interactions with customers, making sure they receive outstanding service. His background in gymnastics adds a unique perspective to his approach. Ethan Lopez, John's grandson, is our technician in training and the 4th generation of the family in the business. Ethan is also a culinary student, bringing a diverse set of skills to the table. John Higley, Sr., specializes in inspections and has been with the company since its inception. He is known for his ability to interact with customers and answer all their questions. Melanie Higley, our office manager, has been with the company since childhood and now focuses on marketing. Andrea Deane, our office assistant, is the first point of contact for customers and is known for her extensive knowledge of the Titanic.
