More About Us

Our principal designer, Ajay Kittur, is a seasoned interior designer who has owned and operated successful design studios in India and the US. His extensive travel around the globe has been his primary educator, allowing him to immerse himself in the aesthetics of many cultures and inform his sense of architecture and design. He holds international degrees and diplomas in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, and Marketing Management, and has continued to learn throughout his career by attending various workshops and seminars.

Ajay's commitment to his clients is evident in his long list of achievements, including winning the Best of Houzz award for customer satisfaction for six consecutive years (2014-2019). He has also been a part of the Design Elements Committee for the prestigious Event Center in Sioux Falls and has designed numerous homes for The Parade of Homes events in Sioux Falls, including The Fall 2015 and The Spring 2010 Featured Home. He has had the privilege of designing homes for all three Street of Dreams events in Sioux Falls and was nominated for the SEMI's Distinguished Sales and Marketing Professional Award.

We offer a wide range of interior design services, including space planning, kitchen and bath designs, window treatments, furniture selections, flooring, wall treatments, paint and color selections, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bedding and soft goods, and accessories. We also provide project management services for remodeling and new construction projects, turning key projects for commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and retail spaces. We provide technical assistance with planning, assist with finishes and material selections, and help with architectural details for interior and exterior. Our goal is to make the process easy and less overwhelming for our clients.

For the do-it-yourselfers, we offer a one-time consultation service to provide great ideas and solve design dilemmas. We discuss space planning, furniture placement, window treatments, lighting needs, flooring, paint colors, ideas on creating focal points and layering of rooms, balancing of texture, color, patterns, and more during a two-hour onsite meeting.
