Our Team

Roberta L. Lawrence, the founder of Fire Horse Appraisal, is originally from western Pennsylvania but moved to SW Florida in 1987 and has never looked back. With more than 25 years experience in the real estate and construction industries, nearly 20 years as a Residential Appraiser, Roberta (aka Robin) has the experience necessary to accurately value your home.

Erin Mastrodonato, Trainee, is a Florida native and has been appraising since 2014. She recently graduated from Florida SouthWestern State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Supervision and Management and is currently working to become a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
