• Wellness Programs: We offer wellness-enhancing programs designed to help you maintain your health and prevent injuries. These programs may include posture and ergonomics education, nutrition counseling, and stress management techniques.
• Human Performance Program: Our human performance program is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their performance, prevent injuries, and recover from injuries. We offer specialized training, biomechanical evaluation, and sports-specific rehabilitation.
• Balance Therapy: Our balance therapy program is designed to help individuals with balance disorders or mobility impairments improve their balance, coordination, and stability.

Pure Joy Healing

In addition to our physical therapy services, we are proud to offer Pure Joy Healing in Oswego and Watertown. Pure Joy Healing is all about personal transformation and is designed to help you find pure joy and healing. We offer Reiki sessions, life coaching, and Strategic Intervention programs to help you overcome obstacles, find your inner strength, and live a more fulfilling life.

• Amy Warner, PT, Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher, and Strategic Intervention Life Coach: Amy is the co-owner of Warner Physical Therapy and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to each client. She has advanced training in Reiki, Strategic Intervention Life Coaching, and physical therapy.
• Brian C. Warner, PT: Brian is the co-owner of Warner Physical Therapy and is the Executive Director of the practice. He has over 20 years of experience providing skilled outpatient physical therapy services and has advanced training in functional biomechanical evaluation and treatment.
• Jamie McKinstry, Clinical Director: Jamie is our Clinical Director and has advanced training in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and sports-specific rehabilitation.
• Christopher Pike, Sports Director: Chris is our Sports Director and has advanced training in sports medicine, biomechanical evaluation, and functional training.
• Diane M Wood, Physical Therapy Assistant: Diane has over 25 years of experience providing physical therapy services and has advanced training in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and balance therapy.
• James Becker, Physical Therapy Assistant: James has advanced training in functional biomechanical evaluation and treatment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Kimberlee Paye, Physical Therapy Assistant: Kimberlee has advanced training in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and balance therapy.
