Properties are owned by private individuals. We act as the liaison and property manager between owners and guests.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), wire transfers, and checks. 50% deposit is required at booking with balance due 60 days prior.
Can I bring pets?
Pet-friendly rentals are available with non-refundable deposits. Regular pets aren't allowed in non-pet-friendly homes, but service animals are welcome.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Rental periods start at 4:00 PM on arrival day and end at 10:00 AM on departure day. Detailed arrival information is sent 10 days prior.
