Elizabeth Scruggs, General Contractor & Principal Designer

Elizabeth Scruggs is the award-winning general contractor and principal designer at Superior Construction and Design. As the only woman-owned contracting and design build firm in the greater Nashville area, Elizabeth leads our team in creating inviting, timeless spaces that meet every need. With over twenty years of experience in construction and extensive training in interior and exterior design and color, Elizabeth has established herself as a leader in the industry. She has spoken at NKBA and High Point Market, is a published author, and co-hosts an Insider's Tour at High Point Market for the High Point Market Authority with fellow designer Jessica Duce of JDuce Design in Houston, TX.

Elizabeth serves on the national Boards of Directors for the Bienenstock Furniture Library and the Interior Design Society, both located in High Point, NC. She is a former national board member for RESA, the Real Estate and Staging Association. When she's not on a job site or sourcing designs, Elizabeth enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling with her husband, twin girls, and son.
