Southcreek Management Company is a multifamily property management firm dedicated to delivering top-quality results. With over 40 years of experience, our team is committed to providing full-service management for affordable multifamily properties. Our company was formed in 1992 by a partnership consisting of Harold H. Mullis, J Pat Williams, and Ted W. Hahn. We have since grown to manage 26 properties throughout the state of Kentucky.

Our team is comprised of dedicated, hardworking, and efficient individuals who are passionate about their work. We offer a variety of services that keep our properties running effectively and consistently. These services include administrative support, financial management, and property maintenance. Our management team is experienced in providing top-quality services to ensure our properties operate proficiently and look great.

We manage a diverse range of properties, including Beech Creek Apartments, Cambridge Square Apartments, Carl D. Perkins Apartments, and many more. Each property is carefully managed to ensure the best possible living experience for our residents.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are committed to their roles. Jesse Mullis serves as our General Manager, with a goal of becoming a Certified Property Manager. Marcie Casey, Amy Daily, and Vicki Smith are our Property Supervisors, each with extensive experience in managing properties. Rob Fisher oversees maintenance, and Mindy Sams handles bookkeeping. Jenny Doyle and Tonya Fuller serve as TRACS Coordinators, assisting with voucher billing and training managers on our computer software.
