Yes, all our communities provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support. Regular maintenance requests are handled Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at all locations.
What apartment types are available?
We offer 1-2 bedroom garden apartments at Spanish Trace, 1-3 bedroom garden apartments and townhomes at Chatham Forest, and 1-bedroom senior units at Olde School Commons.
How can I apply for residency?
You can complete our rental application process entirely online through our website. We also offer in-person tours by appointment at all community locations.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are generally not included. Spanish Trace and Chatham Forest residents pay separately for utilities, while Olde School Commons units are all-electric with separate metering.
