Molokai Community Health Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to the people of Molokai. We are the only federally qualified health center (FQHC) on the island of Molokai, Hawaii. Our vision is to provide optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health to all members of our community. We operate in a cost-efficient manner to expand quality and comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health care, and social services.

Population Served

We serve a diverse population, including low-income individuals and families, the uninsured, those with limited English proficiency, migrant and seasonal farm workers, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and those living in public housing.

We offer a range of patient resources, including case management, health education, and transportation services, to ensure that our patients have access to everything they need to maintain good health.

Getting Care

Our medical services include internal, pediatric, and family medicine, as well as enabling services such as case management. We also offer dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, extractions, and simple oral surgery procedures. Additionally, we provide lifestyle health and wellness services, which focus on assisting individuals with habits, behaviors, stress, worry, or emotional concerns that interfere with daily life.

Mana Medical Mobile Services

Our mobile clinic aims to increase access to and delivery of telehealth services for residents of Molokai. Onboard services include preventative health screenings, all primary care services, including acute care and chronic disease management, vaccine administration, and health education.

Dental Services

Our dental services include a range of procedures, from fillings and crowns to bridges and dentures. We also offer extractions and simple oral surgery procedures.

Lifestyle Health & Wellness Services

These services offer assistance when habits, behaviors, stress, worry, or emotional concerns about physical or other life problems interfere with someone's daily life.

Women, Infant & Children

We provide services through the Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program, which is a federally-funded nutritional program that has been an asset for Molokai families in need.
