At Triple E Machine, Inc., we are a team of highly skilled machinists dedicated to providing top-quality machining and related services to our valued customers. Since our establishment in 1996, we have grown from a small team of two employees to a thriving business with 24 full-time machinists working on two shifts. Our commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, meeting deadlines, and exceeding customer expectations has been the driving force behind our success.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of machining and related services to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Our services include custom machining, OEM production, tooling and fixture design, prototype development, secondary operation, and light assembly. We can work with customers' existing designs and specifications, or design and build parts from scratch using our in-house expertise. Our state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled machinists enable us to provide high-quality parts, on time, and at an affordable price.

Our Philosophy

At Triple E Machine, Inc., we believe in continuous education and training for our machinists. We encourage and support their ongoing development at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin. This investment in our people enables us to stay at the forefront of machining technology and provide innovative solutions to our customers. Our philosophy of purchasing new equipment allows us to be more efficient and serve a more diverse customer base.

Our Equipment

Our shop is equipped with a wide range of top-of-the-line machines, including boring bars, horizontal mills, lathes, vertical mills, vertical turning centers, weld shops, material handling equipment, and miscellaneous equipment. Our equipment enables us to handle complex machining projects with precision and accuracy.
