Our Story
At Core Stix, we are dedicated to providing the most innovative and effective training methods for athletes and individuals of all ages. Our journey began when our founder, Mike Kadar, a former NHL Strength and Conditioning Coach, recognized the need for a revolutionary training method that could yield the highest possible impact. With the help of a design engineer from NASA's Space Shuttle program and a patent attorney, we developed a game-changing approach to strength training.
