Design Brilliance is owned and operated by Paul Quinn, an accomplished artist who has been airbrushing for almost 30 years and hand lettering and pinstriping for over 20 years. Paul holds a degree in Illustration and Design from Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, PA, and his work has been featured on Speed Channel's Unique Whips and in various magazines and books. With his expertise and passion for custom painting, Paul leads our team in creating stunning works of art for our clients.
