What is your refund policy for cancellations?
We offer rain checks valid for one year, but the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Rentals picked up or delivered cannot be refunded.
Do you provide attendants for rental supervision?
Attendants are available for large/corporate events at an additional cost. Standard rentals require customer supervision.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekday bookings require one week notice; weekends need 24-48 hours advance booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, cashier's checks, and PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
What if it rains on my event day?
Cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance for a rain check. Delivered equipment is non-refundable.
Do you deliver to Suffolk or Moyock NC?
Yes, with delivery fees: $40 to Suffolk and $45 to Moyock NC.
