Our History

Sparklean Pools was founded in June of 1995 by Isaac Penn, our president and owner. Isaac's passion for the pool industry began in 1995 during his junior year in high school, when he was hired as a salesman for Pelican Pools and Patio in Quakertown, PA. After becoming acquainted with the pool industry, Isaac decided to begin answering service calls and soon formed a sole proprietorship called Sparklean Pool Service. Over the years, Isaac has built a reputation for providing exceptional service and support, and Sparklean Pools has grown to become the leading pool safety cover dealer and vinyl liner specialists in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA.
