Our Story
Our journey began as Deux Amis Wines, a partnership between two friends, Phyllis Zouzounis and Jim Penpraze. Over the years, we have continued to build strong relationships with local growers, ensuring that our wines are crafted from the finest grapes grown in Sonoma County's premier vineyards.
Our Vineyards
We are proud to work with some of the region's finest grape growers, sourcing our grapes from renowned regions such as Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley. Our long-term relationships with these growers are built on trust, commitment, and a shared passion for producing high-quality grapes.
Wine Making

Tasting Room
We welcome visitors to our tasting room, where you can experience our dedication to wine-making excellence firsthand. Our tasting room is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm, offering an opportunity to taste our latest releases and rare vintages. Curbside pickup is also available on weekends.
Wine Styles
Our wine portfolio features a range of styles, including bold and rich Zinfandels, complex and full-bodied Petite Sirahs, and elegant and nuanced Cabernet Sauvignons. We take pride in producing a diverse range of wines that cater to every palate and occasion.

Wine Tasting Experience
Visitors have praised the winery for its pleasant service, even in crowded conditions. However, the wine itself received mixed reviews. While some wines were considered decent, none were deemed "earth-changing." One reviewer did enjoy a particular wine enough to purchase a bottle, but was disappointed to discover it was corked upon arrival home.
