Your Stuff & Your Permissions

When you use our Services, you entrust us with your valuable files, content, messages, contacts, and more. We respect this trust and recognize that Your Stuff belongs to you. These Terms do not grant us any rights to Your Stuff except for the limited rights necessary to provide the Services.

To offer the Services, we need your permission to perform actions such as hosting Your Stuff, backing it up, and sharing it when you request. Our Services also offer features like eSign, file sharing, email newsletters, appointment setting, and more. These features may require our systems to access, store, and scan Your Stuff. You grant us the necessary permissions to perform these actions, which extend to our affiliates and trusted third parties that we work with.

Sharing Your Stuff

Our Services enable you to share Your Stuff with others. Since what you share is your responsibility, please think carefully about what you share.

Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to be responsible for your conduct and Your Stuff. You must comply with all applicable laws, and respect others' intellectual property rights. We may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms, but have no obligation to do so. We are not responsible for the content that people post and share via the Services.

For the protection of your account and Your Stuff, safeguard your password, keep your account information current, and do not share your account credentials or give others access to your account. Use the Services only as permitted by applicable law, including export control laws and regulations. To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old, or in some cases, even older. Please check your local law for the age of digital consent (16 in France, Germany, and the Netherlands).

Software

Some of our Services allow you to download client software, which may update automatically. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software, solely for accessing the Services. If any component of the Software is offered under an open-source license, we will make that license available to you, and the provisions of that license may expressly override some of these Terms. Unless prohibited by law, you agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Services, attempt to do so, or assist anyone in doing so.

Beta Services

Occasionally, we release new products and features that are still in development, known as Beta Services. These Beta Services may be incomplete, contain bugs, or experience downtime. Your use of Beta Services is voluntary, and any feedback you provide will be used solely for the purpose of improving the Services. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time.
