Founded by co-owners Brice Bowman and Rick Such, who had previously worked together at another Indianapolis-based audio production company, Earshot has since become the go-to destination for audio post, sound design, radio production, ADR, original music composition, and voice-over services.

Meet Brice Bowman

Brice Bowman, co-owner and chief engineer, has been in the audio production industry for over three decades. With a bachelor's degree in telecommunications and philosophy from Indiana University, Brice has won numerous local, regional, and national awards for his work. He has been nominated for five National Emmy Awards and has taught Advanced Sound Design at the School of Informatics at IUPUI.

Meet Rick Such

Rick Such, co-owner and engineer, graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications. Rick has worked in the audio production industry for over two decades and has been recognized with several awards for his work. He has also hosted his own podcast, Inside MusiCast, and has received several awards for his contributions to the industry.

Meet Ben Ericsen

Ben Ericsen, engineer, graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications. Ben has been involved in the audio production industry for over a decade and has worked on numerous projects, including podcasts, radio productions, and film scores.

Meet Margaux Oliver

Margaux Oliver, studio manager, has been in the production and advertising industry for over 30 years. With a strong background in audio engineering and production, Margaux has worked on numerous projects, including radio productions, film scores, and commercials.

Meet Haley Morkert

Haley Morkert, engineer, graduated from Butler University with a bachelor's degree in Music Industry Studies, Creative Media Production, and Web Design and Development. Haley has been involved in the audio production industry for over 5 years and has worked on numerous projects, including film scores, radio productions, and podcasts.
