Founded in 2006 by Tom Jones, a seasoned marine technician with years of experience, the company was initially conceived as a mobile repair shop to offer convenience and personalized service directly to boat owners. Tom brought his hands-on experience, gained while working at dealerships and continuously updating his knowledge through manufacturer training programs, to create a reliable and trustworthy service solution.

The company's emphasis on building strong customer relationships and providing a comfortable, transparent experience was a driving force behind its success. Recognizing the growing demand for quality boat maintenance and repair services in the area, Wake-Falls Marine expanded to include a year-round service shop while continuing to offer seasonal mobile repair services.
