Michael Mosher, a Texas native, graduated with honors from the University of Texas Law School in 1981. He began his law practice in New York City, working for a prestigious law firm, before returning to Texas in 1990 and establishing his own practice. In 1992, he relocated his practice to Paris, Texas, where he has remained ever since.
