History of the Building
1075 Park Avenue West has a rich history dating back to 1923 when it was built as a post office garage. Over the years, the building has served as a tire and auto shop, an automotive showroom, and even a modern dance studio. Each stage of its life has left its mark on the building, and we have worked hard to preserve the original details while incorporating modern amenities and technology.
Event Spaces
Our venue features three unique event spaces that can be customized to meet your specific needs:
- Main Hall: Our crown jewel is an expansive 8,500 square foot space that can accommodate up to 700 guests for a seated dinner or up to 950 guests for other types of events. The space features exposed brick walls, steel trusses, massive skylights, and state-of-the-art audio/video/lighting systems.
- Rooftop: Enjoy stunning views of the Denver skyline and Colorado weather on our rooftop deck, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony or 175 for cocktail receptions.
- Boardroom/Get Ready Room: This private room on our mezzanine level can serve as a boardroom, bridal suite, green room, or other breakout space for your event.
