Cloak & Dagger Tattoo opened its doors in 2011 with a mission to redefine the local tattoo industry in Dayton, OH. Our aim is to transform the typical tattoo experience by ensuring that our clients' visions take precedence over our artists' egos. Booking a Tattoo Appointment

Interested in booking a tattoo appointment with Cloak & Dagger Dayton? We'd love to help seal your dreams in ink. To get started, tell us a little about your proposed idea and/or request an artist. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the booking and pricing details.

When submitting an inquiry, be sure to include as much detail as possible about your proposed tattoo, including the concept, size, location, and any reference materials that you have. This will help us match you with an artist who specializes in the style you're looking for and ensure that you get the best possible result.

Our shop has a minimum charge of $100.00 for tattoos, which covers small scripts and tattoos no larger than 2 inches. For larger tattoos, we typically schedule an 8-9 hour session with a lunch break. We accept cash or credit as payment, and all clients are responsible for paying for their session in full at the time of service.

Sterilization and Aftercare

At Cloak & Dagger Tattoo, we take the health and safety of our clients seriously. We use pre-sterilized single-use needles and disposable tubes that are sterilized in a Ritter M11 Autoclave after every client. We also use a cold sterilant on machines, clip cords, and work surfaces, and we cover all work surfaces with barrier film.

After your tattoo session, it's important to follow proper aftercare instructions to ensure that your new tattoo heals properly. Be sure to remove any bandages and wash your tattoo when you get home. Apply a small amount of Aquaphor ointment a couple of times a day for about a week, and then switch to a white water-based lotion. Choose something that's fragrance-free and has low alcohol content to minimize irritation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer piercings?

We do not currently offer piercings at Cloak & Dagger Tattoo. However, we highly recommend Alex at Body Jewel in the Fairfield Commons Mall. You can walk in any day except Wednesday and Saturday and ask for him. He pierced for us for years and we love him!

Do you tattoo minors?

No, we do not tattoo minors at Cloak & Dagger Tattoo.

Do you take walk-ins?

Cloak & Dagger is primarily appointment only. However, you're welcome to give us a call to see if there's an open spot or if we've had any cancellations.
