Services
Dry Needling
Dry needling uses thin needles to target muscular trigger points, alleviating neuromuscular pain and improving mobility. This technique reduces inflammation, enhances blood flow, and accelerates recovery for patients with chronic pain or sports injuries. Backed by clinical research, its integrated into personalized treatment plans to address specific musculoskeletal issues.
NormaTec Recovery
NormaTec devices employ pulsing, gradient pressure, and distal release to enhance circulation, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. Ideal for athletes and post-surgery patients, this non-invasive therapy improves range of motion and mitigates delayed onset muscle soreness through dynamic compression cycles tailored to individual needs.
Joint Mobilizations
Joint mobilizations involve skilled hand movements to restore mobility and alleviate pain in stiff or injured joints. This hands-on approach targets restrictions in range of motion, reduces stiffness, and promotes healing, particularly effective for postoperative rehabilitation and chronic conditions like arthritis.
ELDOA for Golf
ELDOA exercises focus on spinal and joint decompression to improve golfers' flexibility, balance, and power. Developed by Dr. Guy Voyer, this method reduces injury risk and enhances performance through posture-specific stretches that target areas under stress during swings, ensuring long-term musculoskeletal health.
Therapeutic Exercises
Customized therapeutic exercises address muscle imbalances, weakness, and mobility deficits identified during evaluations. These evidence-based routines enhance strength, endurance, and coordination, forming the foundation of recovery plans for post-injury rehabilitation, postural correction, and functional movement restoration.
