Our company was founded in 1982 with a mission to offer diversified coating services to various industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, industrial, and construction. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our facilities to become one of the largest and cleanest powder coating facilities in the United States.

Our Story

North Basin Coating, Inc., started as a small operation with just three people in 1982. Initially, our primary focus was coating pipes, valves, and fittings for the oil industry. As we grew, we recognized the potential of powder coating and expanded our services to cater to various industries. Today, we have two facilities, one in Levelland, Texas, and another in Odessa, Texas, with a total of 105,000 square feet under roof. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including two indoor blasting rooms and seven ovens.

Our Commitment to Quality

We understand the importance of quality and take pride in our rigorous inspection protocols. Our team of four NACE/AMPP Certified Coating Inspectors (two Level II and two Level I) ensures that our coating processes meet the highest standards. We are also members of the Powder Coating Institute, demonstrating our commitment to quality and adherence to industry guidelines.
