Our Story

Our founder, Charles D. Sacco, MSPT, has over two decades of experience in physical therapy. Born and raised in South Jersey, Charles earned his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann College in 1998. In 2007, he opened Team Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation as the owner and sole therapist. With a passion for helping patients recover from various conditions and injuries, Charles has gained expertise in multiple fields of physical therapy, including acute and sub-acute care, orthopedics, home care, and sports medicine.

Charles' primary focus as a physical therapist is rehabilitation of post-operative orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and work injuries, allowing patients to return to previous levels of function without restrictions. He has extensive experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and has treated numerous conditions and injuries, continuing to fulfill his dream of rehabilitating patients to a high level of function.

Services

Our 4,000 square foot facility is equipped with a variety of equipment, allowing our licensed physical therapist to create an individualized treatment plan for each patient. At Team Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, we offer a range of services, including:

• Therapeutic Modalities: Ultrasound or electrical stimulation, hydrotherapy, whirlpool, paraffin wax therapy, massage, soft tissue mobilization (Graston), and cervical and lumbar traction.

• We specialize in treating various conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, sports injuries, work injuries, gait dysfunction, degenerative joint disease/arthritis, fractures, strains/sprains, neck/back pain, and more.

Insurance and Payment

We participate with a variety of insurance companies, including AARP, Horizon, BCBS, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, Medrisk, and One Call/Align Networks.
