At NorRoc, we understand the importance of preventing underground storage tank releases. The U.S. EPA has designed regulations to prevent releases from underground storage tank (UST) systems. We are aware that as of October 3, 2006, due to the enactment of P.L. 2006, c.58, all contractors performing work on non-regulated underground storage tanks must be certified in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14B-13.

Our services include tank installations, tank removals, tank abandoning in place, tank cleaning, remedial work, soil testing, tank testing, scanning and locating, and oil tank locating and property scans. We offer state-of-the-art tanks with the newest technology for installations and ensure safe removals of all types of Petroleum Underground Storage Tanks. If removal is not feasible, we can also assist with abandoning tanks in place. Additionally, we provide tank cleaning services to address issues like sludge accumulation, which can range from delayed burner ignition to clogged nozzle, filter, pump strainer, or oil line.

If soil or groundwater contamination is found, we can assist with remedial work to bring the site back into compliance with environmental standards. We also offer soil testing for properties around underground storage tanks to satisfy real estate transactions and tank testing to determine the integrity of your tank. Lastly, our services include oil tank locating and property scans, which are now a common requirement due to recent regulations.
