Our journey began in the heart of Lebanon, where our founders, Raymond and Noura Abi Khahil, grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors and aromas of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. Raymond, a seasoned restaurateur with over 25 years of experience, followed in his father's footsteps, opening his own restaurants in the United States. After years of perfecting his craft, he and Noura, a charismatic and talented chef in her own right, decided to bring their unique blend of flavors and hospitality to Jacksonville, Florida.
