Services
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services remove mold, algae, and dirt from building exteriors using calibrated equipment that cleans effectively without damaging surfaces. We apply specialized detergents that break down contaminants while preserving paint and materials. This service improves property appearance and prevents long-term damage from biological growth.
Paver Sealing
Paver sealing protects outdoor surfaces using a two-coat application that prevents staining and enhances color vibrancy. Our process includes deep cleaning, joint sand replacement, and application of low-VOC sealants that resist UV degradation. This service extends paver lifespan while maintaining slip-resistant surfaces for patios, driveways, and pool decks.
Roof Cleaning
Non-pressure roof cleaning removes algae and moss using ARMA-approved solutions that preserve shingle warranties. We apply biocidal treatments that kill organic growth without high-pressure rinsing that could dislodge granules. This service prevents roof deterioration and maintains energy efficiency by restoring reflective surfaces.
House Washing
House washing combines low-pressure rinsing with pH-balanced cleaners that remove mold from siding without damaging finishes. Our technicians use surfactant-based solutions that cling to vertical surfaces for thorough cleaning. This service restores original paint appearance and prevents wood rot in Lakeland's humid climate.
Driveway Cleaning
Driveway cleaning utilizes surface cleaners that evenly distribute pressure to remove tire marks and oil stains. We apply degreasers that break down automotive residues while preserving concrete integrity. This service improves safety by eliminating slippery algae buildup and enhances property curb appeal.

Questions
What exterior cleaning services do you offer in Lakeland?
We provide pressure washing, roof cleaning, paver sealing, house washing, driveway cleaning, and commercial building washing services throughout Lakeland and surrounding areas.
How does your non-pressure roof cleaning work?
We apply ARMA-approved biocidal solutions that kill algae without damaging shingles, followed by gentle rinsing that preserves roof warranties while restoring original appearance.
How often should pavers be sealed?
Initial sealing lasts 2-3 years depending on traffic and weather. Subsequent applications last longer as the protective layer builds up, with most customers resealing every 3-5 years.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning solutions?
Yes, our detergents and sealants are low-VOC and environmentally safe, including our proprietary Ure-Seal H2O formula that provides protection without harmful chemical runoff.
Can pressure washing damage my property?
Our technicians adjust pressure levels for each surface type, using 1500-2000 PSI for concrete and low-pressure techniques for delicate surfaces like roofs and painted siding.
