At Lighthouse Natural Medicine, we believe in guiding you to the health that shines within. Our clinic, founded in January 2015 by Dr. Maegan Knutson, a Washington Native, is a local Mukilteo-based clinic that blends eastern, western, conventional, and alternative medicine to provide our patients the best possible care. Over the years, we have grown to include an array of services and clinicians. In 2020, Dr. Raquel Tingey joined the practice and has proven to be a vital asset to the Lighthouse Natural Medicine team.

Insurances Accepted

We accept various insurance plans, including Regence, Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health, Coordinated Care, Pacific Source, and Cigna. However, please verify your insurance coverage for Naturopathic Medicine before scheduling. Medicare primary coverage does not pay for naturopathic medical services, but some Washington Medicare programs will pay for naturopathic coverage if they are your PRIMARY insurer. We provide discounts for seniors who desire naturopathic services and are covered by conventional Medicare plans.

• Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP): This innovative therapy uses your body's own platelets to stimulate healing and rejuvenation.

• Micro needling PRP Facials: Experience the power of PRP therapy combined with micro-needling to rejuvenate your skin and give you a youthful glow.

• ThermiVA: Our ThermiVA treatments use radiofrequency and the science of heat to gently warm tissue and stimulate collagen, helping to improve laxity, vaginal dryness, and other vulvovaginal issues.

Office Hours and Directions

Our clinic is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM by appointment only. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. You can find us at 716 3rd Street Unit B, Mukilteo, WA 98275.
