Who We Are
Our team of skilled and experienced therapists are dedicated to providing personalized and effective interventions tailored to your unique needs. Led by founder and owner Millie A. Paterson, we boast over 35 years of experience in various areas of mental health, including:
- Individual Counseling: We support individuals in overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and various mental health concerns.
