All dogs must have Bordetella, Distemper (Da2PP/DHPP/DHLPP), and Rabies vaccinations. Documentation must be uploaded to your PawPartner profile before reservations can be confirmed.
How do I book services for my dog?
Reservations are managed through the PawPartner app. Create a profile, upload vaccination records, complete the meet-and-greet assessment, then schedule services directly through the app.
What is your cancellation policy for daycare and boarding?
Daycare cancellations require 24-hour notice. Boarding cancellations made 3 days before arrival receive 75% refund, 2 days before 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations under 24 hours.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, transportation starts at $10 within 3 miles. Additional fees apply beyond that range up to 200 miles. Specific rates available for different distance brackets.
What training services do you provide?
We offer private 1-hour training sessions ($160) covering obedience, command recognition, and behavior modification. Behavioral assessments ($100) determine specific training needs for dogs with advanced requirements.
