A&J Renovations is a residential home renovator based in Milwaukee's North Shore area. Our mission is to provide an upscale, unique, and quality home at an excellent price. All of the work is completed by skilled, and licensed contractors from the area and only high-quality products are installed into our homes. A&J Renovations strives to be the premier home renovator in the North Shore.

Our Services

We typically purchase the "ugly house on the block" at a discount directly from the seller. By purchasing directly from the seller at a discount, we are then able to transfer the cost savings onto you by offering a very competitive sale price! We transform it to be the most wanted house on the block by adding free-flowing floor plans, nicer finishes, and much-needed space that will make all of your friends envious and bring significant value to the community.

We have two types of renovations we perform: Simple and Complex. Simple renovations are just cosmetic fixes. A few of the common upgrades are new paint, new cabinets, replacing the flooring, upgrading appliances, and adding new fixtures. For houses that need more work, we offer complex structural renovations as well. These renovations commonly include major demo and new construction, significant floor plan reconfiguration, roof replacement, new windows, complete exterior overhaul, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Of course, this also includes all of the cosmetic upgrades as well.
