Who We Are

Williams Construction is a family-owned and operated business that has been building quality custom homes in the Sierra for 37 years. Founded in 1983, we started by designing and building custom vacation homes on Donner Summit, near Truckee, California. In 2000, we moved the base of our operations to Plumas County while continuing to work in the Truckee area. Our team is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of craftsmanship and innovation in every project.

At Williams Construction, we work closely with homeowners and architects throughout the planning, permitting, and construction of new homes or remodels of existing homes. Our expertise extends beyond residential projects, as we also have significant experience in specialized commercial construction, including restaurants, bars, lodges, tram buildings, bridges, recreation centers, and more in and around Truckee and Plumas County.
