Uniquely Yours Catering is a premier catering company based in Humboldt County, dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences for your special events. Our owner, Elizabeth Adams, has been an active part of the food service industry for over 29 years, and her passion for catering and creating delectable dishes has been the driving force behind the company's success.

Elizabeth's career began in the early 1980s when she catered and managed operations at the San Diego Women's Club. She then started a food business, "No-Guilt Desserts, " which gained popularity and was soon served and sold in restaurants, Costco, and gourmet retail food stores. In 1987, Elizabeth moved to Humboldt County and resumed her catering career as the director at Abruzzi Catering in Arcata. In 2004, she became the proud owner of Hurricane Kate's, where she continued to cater and grow her clientele while managing the restaurant's front-of-house operations. Towards the end of 2011, Elizabeth sold Hurricane Kate's to focus solely on her catering business, Uniquely Yours Catering.
