Loan Process

To begin the loan process, we require specific documents. For those buying or refinancing a home, we need two years of W-2 forms and one month of pay stubs for salaried individuals. Self-employed individuals should provide two years of tax returns and a YTD profit and loss statement. If you own rental property, please provide rental agreements and two years of tax returns. Additionally, providing three months of bank statements for each bank, stock, and mutual account can speed up the approval process.
