Our History

The Birdwhistell name has a long history of real estate and auction identity in Anderson County and the surrounding area. Three generations of Birdwhistells have contributed to the success of our family-owned and operated company. Glenn Birdwhistell, our CEO, has more than 60 years of experience in the business and has conducted auctions of real estate, personal property, farms, and farm equipment, charity auctions, and has a Federal Firearms License to conduct gun auctions. Randy Birdwhistell, our auctioneer, is also a licensed real estate broker and appraiser, and has won the Kentucky Auctioneering Championship. Harold D. Reynolds, our Real Estate Broker/Auctioneer, has many years of experience and believes in hard work, integrity, and service in every detail of your real estate and auction transactions.
