Parallel Ag was founded in January 2023 through the merger of Ag Solutions Group and Livingston Machinery Company, two established agricultural equipment dealers. Our formation marked a strategic expansion to better serve farmers across seven U.S. states. In 2024, we further strengthened our industry presence by welcoming A.C. McCartney into our family. Our core mission centers on delivering exceptional equipment, solutions, and support to agricultural professionals. We specialize in AGCO products including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, and Sunflower, alongside Kinze planters, Apache sprayers, and Manitou equipment. Our 24/7 parts and service commitment reflects our dedication to minimizing downtime for customers.
