Yates & Yates Glass Company has contributed to countless significant projects throughout its history. We are particularly proud of several notable achievements:

• Oaknoll East: Located in Iowa City, Iowa, this 3-building complex featured the installation of Kawneer black doors and storefront framing, along with clear 1" insulated glass units, creating a modern and aesthetically pleasing facade.

• Hieronymus Square: Situated in the heart of Iowa City, this project showcased our expertise in creating visually appealing and functional spaces. We installed Kawneer black anodized storefront on the first and second levels, coupled with Kawneer terrace doors, clear insulated glass, automatic sliding doors, and a striking glass stairwell, contributing to the building's grandeur and accessibility.

• Hy-Vee Gretna: The largest Hy-Vee store built to date, located in Gretna, Nebraska, presented a significant undertaking. We were tasked with installing Kawneer clear anodized curtain wall and clear insulated glass throughout the exterior, creating a sleek and modern profile, along with storefront on the interior portion, defining the spacious interior layout.
