Our charter service is based in Mexico Bay, New York, near the mouth of the Salmon River, and offers unmatched access to the lake's fertile fishing grounds. Our seasoned captain, Ron Littlejohn, Jr., has years of experience and a deep understanding of the lake's habits and rhythms.

Our Services

At Double Trouble Charters, we offer a range of services designed to make your fishing experience both enjoyable and successful. Our charter packages include:

• Guided fishing tours on Lake Ontario, with our experienced captain at the helm
• Use of our fully-equipped 28' BAHA boat, complete with state-of-the-art electronics and fishing gear
• Ample seating and plenty of room to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable trip
• All fishing gear and equipment provided, including electric downriggers, Fish Hawk speed/temp probe, and Lowrance sonar with GPS

Our Accommodations

We understand that fishing can be physically demanding, and that's why we offer comfortable and convenient accommodations for our guests. Our "Captain's Quarters" three-bedroom house, located in Altmar, New York, is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, TV, AC, and Wi-Fi. We also offer two park trailers, each with two bedrooms, one bath, and a fully-furnished kitchen. Both the house and park trailers are located near Lake Ontario and offer plenty of parking for your own boat or ATV trailers.

Our Fishing Calendar

Our fishing calendar is designed to maximize your chances of catching the lake's prized species, including brown trout, lake trout, steelhead, walleye, king salmon, and coho salmon. Our experienced captain will help you navigate the best fishing spots and techniques to ensure a successful and enjoyable trip.
