Leadership Team

Sarah Calvert, Operations Manager, joined our team in 2013, bringing a strong background in marketing and development. She is passionate about enriching the quality of life within a community and is thrilled to experience that same passion at Continuum.

Ray Drapkin, President and Chief Executive Officer, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Temple University in 1969 and graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland Medical School in 1973. After 5 years of residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York, he opened his own practice of Orthopedic Surgery in Columbia and Laurel, MD in 1978. Dr. Drapkin retired in 2013 and now dedicates his expertise to staffing for the healthcare industry.

Mary Dunn-Wyatt, Senior Vice President of Executive Placement, has extensive experience in permanent, interim, and travel/contract recruitment. She has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and is committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
