Services
Rodent Control
Our proven four-step rodent control process eliminates infestations through thorough inspection, exclusion repairs, follow-up inspections, and sanitation. Technicians identify all entry points, install traps, and create detailed protection plans. We specialize in permanent solutions like rat slab installation to prevent re-entry. Our family-safe methods combine traditional techniques with Anticimex's SMART technology for proactive monitoring and prevention.
Ant Control
Targeting common Pacific Northwest species like carpenter ants and odorous house ants, our ant control services include comprehensive inspections to locate nests and identify species. We implement exclusion techniques and apply eco-friendly treatments to eliminate colonies at their source. Our approach focuses on long-term prevention through structural modifications and ongoing monitoring to protect homes from future infestations.
Insulation Services
We provide complete insulation solutions for attics and crawl spaces, including damaged insulation removal, sanitization, and replacement. Our services improve energy efficiency while preventing pest entry points. Certified technicians install R-value optimized materials that meet building codes, with specialized expertise in addressing rodent-contaminated insulation and moisture-related issues that attract pests.
Stinging Insect Control
Our licensed professionals safely remove wasp nests, hornet colonies, and problematic bee hives while prioritizing pollinator conservation. We employ relocation techniques where possible and apply targeted treatments to eliminate threats. The service includes sealing entry points and implementing preventive measures to deter future nesting in eaves, attics, and outdoor structures.
Spider Control
Specialized spider control addresses both nuisance and potentially harmful species in the Pacific Northwest. Our approach combines general pest control to reduce food sources with targeted treatments in attics and crawl spaces. Technicians identify and seal entry points while implementing moisture control strategies to create environments inhospitable to spider populations.
