Paul is licensed to practice law in Texas and Washington, and he has been writing the legal column for the Hearst Newspapers since 1989.
Ruthie Premack, Of-Counsel to the firm, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience working with older adults and their families. Ruthie has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington and has conducted trainings for various organizations on legal and ethical issues in long-term care.
