The Premack Law Office, led by Principal Attorney Paul Premack and Of-Counsel Ruthie Premack, has been serving clients in Texas and Washington for decades. Paul Premack is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and has been a NAELA member since 1989. He served as President of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is currently a member of NAELA. Paul is licensed to practice law in Texas and Washington, and he has been writing the legal column for the Hearst Newspapers since 1989.

Ruthie Premack, Of-Counsel to the firm, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience working with older adults and their families. Ruthie has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington and has conducted trainings for various organizations on legal and ethical issues in long-term care.

The Premack Law Office accepts uncontested probate cases in Bexar County, Texas, and provides legal services to clients in Texas and Washington. We do not handle contested or litigated probate estates.

Please note that consultation and legal services are available via video or phone for Texas and Washington clients. Video conferences are "face-to-face" meetings, allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own home while we provide legal guidance from our office.
