Our team of providers is dedicated to providing evidence-based and culturally competent mental health care. Our providers include Dr. Katia Hall, Owner and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Dr. K. Freisenbruch, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Nancy Preston, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; Dr. A. Blanco-Knezovich, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; Brittany Gray, Resident in Counseling; Tess Quesenberry, Nationally Certified Physician Assistant; Dr. Ama Boateng, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Christina Holloway, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; Keesha Stewart, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; and Nicole Dandridge, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Each provider brings their unique expertise and compassion to our practice.

Our Offices

We have two offices located in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our main office is located at 2010 Old Greenbrier Rd., Suite J-K, and our medication and therapy office is located at 2006 Old Greenbrier Rd., Suite 1-2. Our offices are open Monday-Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
