Our Story

Our practice was founded by Dr. William Walker, a highly respected optometrist with over 35 years of experience. Dr. Walker took over the practice of Dr. Joel Whaley in 1983 and has since grown the practice to become one of the most trusted and respected eye care centers in the region. In 2011, we moved to our current location at 971 S. Cox St, Asheboro, NC 27203, where we continue to provide comprehensive eye care services to individuals of all ages.
